Official Rules — Julia Durgee x Electric City Community Grocery Instagram Giveaway
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.
1. Sponsors
This giveaway ("Giveaway") is jointly hosted by Julia Durgee & ("Co-Sponsor 1") and Electric City Community Grocery ("Co-Sponsor 2"), collectively the "Sponsors."
2. Eligibility
Open to legal residents of New York State, who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Void where prohibited by law.
3. Entry Period
The Giveaway begins on 9/18/26 at 9:00AM EST and ends on 9/27/26 at Midnight EST ("Entry Period"). Entries received outside the Entry Period will not be counted.
4. How to Enter
To enter, during the Entry Period an eligible individual must, via Instagram:
Follow @juliadurgee; and
Follow @electriccitygrocery.
No other action is required to enter. Limit one (1) entry per person / per Instagram account. Multiple accounts by the same individual will be disqualified. Entries made through any method not described above (e.g., through a third party or automated means) are void.
5. Prize
One (1) winner will receive: one (1) hand-designed tote bag by Julia Durgee, Approximate Retail Value ("ARV"): $15 USD. Total ARV of all prizes: $15 USD. Prize is non-transferable and no cash or other substitution will be permitted, except at Sponsors' discretion. Actual value may vary; the difference, if any, will not be awarded.
6. Winner Selection & Notification
The winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period, on or about 9/28/26. The winner will be notified by direct message (DM) on Instagram or email, if known, within [e.g., 3] days of selection. The winner must respond to the notification within [e.g., 5] days and provide a valid shipping address, or an alternate winner may be selected. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
7. General Conditions
By entering, participants agree to these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsors, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Giveaway. Sponsors reserve the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or violates these rules, and to cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway if fraud, technical failure, or any factor beyond Sponsors' control impairs its integrity.
8. Publicity
Except where prohibited, acceptance of a prize constitutes permission for Sponsors to use the winner's Instagram username and likeness for promotional purposes related to this Giveaway, without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
9. Privacy
Information collected from entrants (e.g., Instagram username, shipping address for prize fulfillment) will be used solely for administering this Giveaway and fulfilling the prize, and will not be sold or shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
10. Release & Liability
By participating, entrants release the Sponsors, their affiliates, and their respective officers, employees, and agents from any liability for injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising from participation in the Giveaway or receipt/use of the prize.
11. Instagram Disclaimer
This Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or Meta Platforms, Inc. Information provided by entrants is provided to the Sponsors, not to Instagram. Any questions, comments, or complaints regarding the Giveaway must be directed to the Sponsors, not to Instagram.
12. Governing Law
These Official Rules shall be governed by the laws of the State of New York without regard to conflict of law principles.
